Measure your wrist

Every Maglink has a fixed steel core — it cannot be resized after it is made. Taking two minutes to measure now saves disappointment later.

Please read before ordering — Getting your size right the first time is essential. Size-related replacements are not covered under our returns policy, as every bracelet is made to order by hand.

Use a flexible measuring tape or a thin strip of paper.

Wrap it just below your wrist bone, where you normally wear a bracelet.

Note the measurement in centimetres (cm).

Add 1–1.5 cm to your measurement for comfort ease. The bracelet length should be slightly larger than your wrist — bead bracelets should not sit skin-tight.

Match your total to the size chart below.
Between sizes? Always choose the larger size. A slightly looser fit is far more comfortable than one that is too tight on a steel-core bracelet.

Policy

Returns & replacements

We quality-check every Maglink before it leaves us. Here is what is and is not covered.

Important — Because every Maglink is handcrafted to a specific size and cannot be resized, ordering the wrong size by assumption is not eligible for a free replacement or refund. Please always use the size guide before ordering.
What we cover — free replacement
  • Manufacturing defect — broken clasp, loose beads, or snapped steel core. Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Arrived damaged — clear photo evidence required within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Not delivered — if your order does not arrive due to a courier error, after a courier investigation we will replace or issue store credit.
What is not covered
  • Wrong size ordered because the customer assumed their size without measuring.
  • Change of mind after the order is placed or delivered.
  • Replacement or refund requests raised more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfume, or improper handling or storage.

Size exchange — one time

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky even when you do your best. Here is how our goodwill exchange works.

One-time size exchange per customer

If you measured your wrist and still received a bracelet that does not fit, we will exchange it once. The bracelet must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You bear the return shipping cost to us; we will ship the replacement to you free of charge. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with proof of measurement (a photo of the tape or a measurement screenshot).

How to request an exchange or replacement

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order — via Shopify chat or email.

Share your Order ID and describe the issue clearly.

Attach clear photos of the bracelet and, for exchange requests, a photo of your wrist measurement.

Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing, before production begins.
  • Once your bracelet has entered production, cancellation is not possible.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via Shopify chat with your Order ID.
