Return & Refund Policy

Iktara believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • We offer 5 days return policy, Return & Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • We offer 10 day refund policy, In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products. Replacement & damaged product will be processed within 7-10 days. 
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • COD fee and free items are non-refundable.
  • In case of cash on delivery orders, refunds shall be processed only as store credit. No bank transfers shall be made. For security reasons, we do not ask for customers' bank account or UPI details.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • ⚠️ All Iktara crystals are 100% natural, and therefore variations in color, shape, and size are expected. These are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, not machine-made products. Please note that no returns or refunds will be accepted on the basis of natural variations.
  • We kindly request you to note that orders placed with partial payments are not eligible for refunds. The amount paid will be used to cover handling and return shipping expenses already incurred in processing your order. We appreciate your understanding and support as this helps us continue serving you better.

  • If Refunds approved by the Iktara, it’ll take 6-8 days to get credited to your original payment method
